What is this?
This is the store front for buying points and sending gifts within the app. Gifts move you to the top of the recipients chats list. Your message is grouped with similarly priced items (more expensive items at the top, free items at the bottom). You stay above free messages until your message is viewed, at which point newer messages will move your message down.

Wait, did you say buy?
Yes, gifts require points to be exchanged for gifts. Sending text messages and photos remains 100% free.

How do I send a gift?
Sending a gift is simple. The cost in points is listed next to the item. If you have enough points to send the item. Just tap it and hit send. If you don't have enough points you can purchase them in various amounts.

Couln't I just send Emoji?
Sending Emoji characters or Emoticons is still free. But sending these items does not affect the order in the recipients chats list. Gifts are grouped with similarly priced gifts and are ordered ahead of free messages until that message is viewed.

What if I send a free text message with a gift?
As long as a gift has not been viewed you will remain ordered with similarly priced items (ahead of free messages). You can send additional free messages before or after a gift and it won't effect your ordering.

Is a recipient required to view gifts and can I be blocked
Gifts are considered displayed whenever a chat window is open with that gift or if the user marks all their chats read (not requiring viewing). Gifts in no way impact blocking or being blocked. You can still be blocked.

I've been sent a gift, what should I do?
When you receive a gift you are not required to do anything. You can respond, choose not to respond, block or otherwise treat it as any other message. This is just like in real life, when someone takes the time to purchase you a gift you can choose to say thank you, ignore it, or otherwise respond in whatever manner is appropriate.

Are there differences between gifts
Gifts have different points values and are ordered based on those points values (higher value gifts at the top with free items at the bottom).

Will I always be moved to the top?
Newer messages always appear at the top. With gifts, chats are ordered first by point value (higher values first), then by more recent messags first. The only two caveats are that the device does cache chats results for a few minutes, this caching can impact ordering for a few minutes before results are shown in order and second the app never reorders results without paging away and returning back to a results page.

do points have any cash value?
No, points are for entertainment purposes only and only have use within the application. They have no cash equivalent.

what about refunds?
All sales are final. There are no refunds.

can my points expire or be forfeit?
Points do no expire, however if your account is suspended or canceled for whatever reason, any unused purchases will be forfeit.
